Ashamed of where you are from?

Born in Timperely have bought and moved house 3 times in Timperley . I live not far to where I was born and am very lucky to own a house I have wanted since I was child .

Just lately though I have yearnings to move to the countryside .

born 68 mount drive Marple, moved to Romiley then Woodley on to Hyde ( the bush )
back and forth dodging allsorts as my life style was then.....

moved down to Oxford- Bicester and then down to Kent-East Malling........

thats a little closer to Mark85 than i thought, could be on the move again!!
 
having spent all my life wanting to live abroad, i am ashamed to say i still in greater manchester. says all about me and nowt about manchester.
 
Born and raised in Crumpsall.
Then moved to Bury and lived there for years, but now in Whitefield.
Had a brief time living in Macclesfield too as a kid but hated every minute, and got very homesick for Manchester again.
