Contract runs out in January apparently. Would you have him? I would for 2 years, would be a great buy and with lots of champions league experience.

His contract actually ends in January as in he is done with Chelsea in January?
I wouldn't buy him honestly. Fact is we can be 3 deep at every position but will still end up with injury woes. He will not want to sit behind Clichy and quite frankly he won't have any choice. Seems like a QPR man in the making.

Cole being a Chelsea legend would not go to Chelseas true historic rivals in QPR.

He's really not the worlds best left back. Couple of years ago yes but no longer. Lost a ton of pace, positioning is always off, never closes down players he's just gash.
He used to be the best left back in the world but not anymore. He seems to have lost his pace and that was a huge part of his game.
Is he an improvement on what we have ? No.

Lucas Digne from Lille is a good prospect at LB, better to be buying into things, as it is, both Clichy and Kolarov will only be 27 by November. Kolarov doesn't convince me unless its against slower teams however.
