Last weekend he did it, and I am sure that was a factor in Wigan escaping 2 good penalty shouts at the DW.

He's done it again in a game they were always going to win which means next time Utd have a penalty shout there's going to be a moment's doubt in the ref's mind, and that's all it takes.

Could be crucial now as Utd's remaining games are likely to be tight affairs: Everton, City, Swansea and Sunderland.

Refs aren't cheats. They are humans who are conned, and they watch the TV like the rest of us.

Was Chris Foy conned? He's bent that's for sure.

Almost agree mate. I dont think we will gain any advantage from it this season. However, for him to be exposed as the diving cheating **** he is can only be good. They were always going to beat Villa anyway.

I expect refs to give United penalties nowadays , especially at the Swamp ...

and i'm also expectin' Everton to roll over for them next week at Old Tarfford , like they normally do ......

Rubbish. He was conned by a cheating twat. Young stood on the defenders foot with his right leg which stopped him from withdrawing it before young managed to bring his left leg into play and then jump like a mating salmon. At full speed and in front of 75000 scumbags I think many refs would have given it. It was very well executed piece of cheating by the scumbag. All the blame should lay with him and not the ref, although he is not the best.

Maybe but I think it was a factor in the Wigan game. Utd benefited from the Evans foul and the disallowed goal, but lost 2 good penalty shouts. Next time a Utd player goes down in the box, they might just think am I being conned?

Example: Suarez. He doesn't get half as many decisions now as he used to

Don't think they will. They are very good at closing games down. That's basically their game. Run around like mad in midfield and combine with a well organised defence. They will want to bounce back after Wembley semi-final.

Ashley Young surely wont win a 3rd penalty in successive home games at the Swamp. Not because of the odds, but because of the image that's now imprinted on every ref's mind. If I was a ref watching that, I'd be thinking the cheating b@stard, he's not going to get me with that (but maybe that's why I'm not a ref)
