Good hard earned win. Have we ever seen a better goal than Bernardo's? Good team performance. Bernardo, Sterling, Dias and Ake were particularly good. Zinchenko had a good all round game too.

The vast majority of Villa fans showing their true colours again - pathetic and embarrassing. They are the United of the Midlands and no wonder that everyone hates them there.

In all seriousness if we end up finishing second a point behind Liverpool I am not certain if I can look at the sport the same again. Klopp with that shit-eating grin after escaping with his point and his "I didn't see it" horseshit on that trip when it was 1-1 -- those visions will be hard -- nay, impossible -- to erase.

You know that it was a difficult decision for him to leave, he could have left for Spurs, but stayed. He risked alot by agreeing a 100 million buyout clause, but he signed it and eventually left you with a lot of money to spend.

He stayed when you were relegated and helped you back in to the premiership.

He was your captain and helped establish villa in the prem.

He NEVER bad mouthed after he'd left and he was very professional about the whole move, with no silly quips in the media during City's initial advances and final bid.


Yet many villa fans have acted like jilted planks since he's left, with dumb comments on his twitter account and then tonight booing him.....

It's a tad embarrassing TBH mate.
 
Been game just back, 1st half double bossed it and fans in full voice Gerard's at the wheel was funny song. He must have acted on it 2nd half cos they came out a different animal and I reckon they gave us the best second half battle we have had all season and I've been at every one. Ederson after that brilliant save in the second half deserves no criticism in my eyes. We are the best and ain't football all about opinions.

Goal of the season for the brilliant Bernie, love this guy. MOM for me. Villa fans are absolute garbage booing Jack after all he's done for the club. We were awesome first half.
Mike Dean is an embarrassment to the refereeing profession, so biased against us its unbelievable what English refs get away with.
