Dean is a Tranmere fan who has made plenty of bad, or at least dubious, calls against Spurs over the years - including for both Arsenal goals during last season's derby at the Emirates. As to his supposed support for Spurs, it stems (as anyone with an ounce of sense could see) from that footage of his self congratulatory 'celebration' after he correctly called an advantage decision.
Too many Arsenal fans these days are serial whiners who love to get their excuses in early - whether or not they need them. They have forgotten what their club used to be all about. They suffer from the delusion that, under Wenger, their club invented beautiful football; that they are forever its guardians; and how dare any team attempt to beat them by adding physicality and passion to the mix. They have forgotten that their best teams always contained physically imposing players with real mental toughness.

I always thought of mike dean as a bit of a lucky charm for us. Reffed the agueroooo match and sent the ginger pig off in the semi.

I wonder if anyone has a suitable gif of Arsenal fans in a state of heightened vexation?
Whole system is corrupt, if anyone is looking for a career to be a ref and wants to progress in his career of choice and officiate in PL one thing he cannot admit to is that he supports any PL team. That would be just ridiculous to admit and self-harming act like Brexit.
