Just a heads up.

I ordered 3 Reading tkts and 3 days later ordered one more.

The single ticket turned up but the three only turned up today in an open envelope in a plastic bag with the post office apologies.

The tickets are in the envelope but it had clearly been opened - I assume someone was thinking they may be getting their hands on Wembley tickets.

I will be making the club aware but just thought I would make people aware if your tickets take longer than you expect.

My Wembley tickets have turned up safe and sound tho thankfully.

That would be Royal Mail, not the Post Office.

Most of us are thoroughly honest people - we are CRB checked before we start the job.

However, just as in all walks of life, there are a few bad apples.

Two years ago, the tickets were sent out Recorded delivery, which meant they had to have a signature. Bradford City League Cup final tickets were sent out Special Delivery.

Maybe City should have done that, though it would have added to the cost, of course.

Hey, mine hasn't! They've had from Friday to get their finger out! Do I need to call the FBI?

Ask Vienna if they don't turn up, sure he'll a few hundred spares

To be fair, it can happen. Where I work, I used to handle all the incoming mail and we'd quite often get mail that had been damaged and had come in a clear see through bag.

Years ago bought tickets for west brom away. Didnt arrive. Contacted the club and had to get to the hawthorns early for duplicates. Got in the ground and there were two local posties in our seats!!! They got there tickets out to show they were in the right seats and ours showed the same. Called down a steward and the posties got on their toes before he got there.

I get to deliver loads of city tickets in , I would never dream of thieving from my job.
99.9% of posties value their job.
