Away ends and tourists

Worst thing I saw was a guy in a Liverpool shirt wearing a Valencia jacket.

Also saw three guys turn up in the concourse wearing Liverpool scarves.

There seemed to be a lot more tourists than usual yesterday, but it's not rare to see quite a few at Anfield.
Don't think I'll see many next Friday night in East London.

Are home support is shit and it looks like our way support is getting there aswell.
Really starting to get fucked off with twats wearing half and half scalves

The tourists didn't bother me, it was the absolute cock ends who can't handle their ale & beak who did.

No wonder blue on blue scrapping is happening every other away.

Been a regular away for few years and this year hasn't been good at all really not sure why.
I think the answer to your conundrum is contained within your post.

I think one of the issues is City selling tickets to 'club partners' I saw at least four groups of four, Chinese tourists. cameras selfie sticks half and half scarfs you name it; the only way they get those tickets is through an organised event.
There were many others in the away end who obviously didn't get tickets by qualifying through loyalty points or supporters clubs; you know the ones, half and half scarf, look like they have walked out of a wine bar! I recon between 25-30% of the away end now falls into the tourist group.

The very people who complained about the CL being full of tourist etc are finding the same thing happening to premier league games and maybe the cup games. Can understand it at home games, but away where there is just a 3000 ticket allocation it's wrong, many blues would have loved to have gone yesterday ,although I bet they glad they didn't now considering what happened , but not the point as they wouldn't have known before hand, too many tickets are going to touts, ticket agencies etc,

Talking about ticket agencies a couple pointed out about Bournemouth tickets being 475 quid , and saying good luck with that etc, trouble is people are buying them , you or me may not be able to afford it but some can , and they know it.
We are saying we wouldn't pay that cos we can't, if say I was lucky enough to win the lottery jackpot on weds, I would give up work and have plenty of time and money on my hands, I could never get a Bournemouth ticket by proper means, so I would buy a ticket from the agency and book a few days in Bournemouth , I know it's wrong and unfair , just the way it is, you and I may say fuckin hell that's a lot for a game there on a Monday night, but there is always someone with a few quid more in their arse pocket willing to pay .

Yeah my mate was stood near a guy yesterday who didn't have a season ticket. Said he worked for the cub or something. Think he said people referred to him as Vinny :)

Maybe the people who do go away should spend more time watching the game and supporting the team rather than watching and worrying about what others are doing and where they are from...........The amount of times in the last few seasons at away matches that I've seen pissed up Blues giving other Blues/fans stick during the game is ridiculous because of where they are from and how they got their tickets.....................If you cant handle it then do go.............You can join the thousands of others who sit and moan like fuck online about it...........ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
