I'm Sick To Death Of Rag Songs. I Think Everyone On Here Should Just Refuse To Sing Them.

if i havnt got the 7000 points i will donate a ton to stephen irelands charity, and if i have you will donate 100 quid.
put your money where your mouth is.
I've been going home and away for almost 4 seasons and have about 4500, so I can imagine those who have been going since the system was in place could easily have 7000
what i think is theft is the ticket line charging £2 per ticket booking fee and not per transactionLCBblue said:After reading every page of this thread and the majority of posts I have came to a conclusion that the Loyalty Points scheme should not be abolished completely for the simple reason that; Middle aged or older fans who have been coming for generations could miss out on a ticket when all they want to do, is watch City play a game of football. If they don't want to sing and dance around and have a party, then they don't have to.
Some people have also been saying that age is a contributing factor to the atmosphere and whilst I agree partly with this it isn't all true. De Niro said himself he was 55 and "sings like fuck" to quote the man himself. I'm a young teenager and as soon as I hear a song that seems to be loud and has the possibilty to get round the whole ground I join in along with my cousin and Dad and it obviously dies down, (being in the family stand) but we try. Age is a factor and if we had a certain amount of seats, say as others have suggested, 250 or so seats that are on sale to access card holders just after fans with the most loyalty points have had their choice, this could certainly improve the atmopshere.
Price is a woman also, not that it would apply to me personally as my Dad buys my tickets to away games, (only make a couple a season though). Prices are high for football matches, someone earlier in the thread said that Chelsea were charging £48 a ticket, which is theft! I suspect that the chelsea game will be similar to Hull, a dull game where we don't play well, the team do nothign to lift the crowd and the "older generation of fans" stand and sing a few times a game. Teenagers and students would always struggle to get to games so far away!
