Pep has been an admirer for a while.

I personally have limited knowledge on him, however he could be our pique.
Similar build, threat on corners but also can defend them. Good with his feet and a baller, everything pep wants.

i’ve watched a video of him on utube. he’s two footed, times his tackles superbly and doesn’t go to ground when tackling as Ota tends to do. He looks a very good player to me. We need to get it done before the vultures start circling...

I’m jumping on the bandwagon, what about mangala though he’s been ace.

In 5 years time we will be claiming what a great player Laporte has been for us and a bargain @ £57m. The other payment Athletic Club want is £5m for training fees and compensation which is under FIFA guidelines. This is based on time a player has trained for a club/clubs between the ages of 12 and 21. Also because Laporte is breaking his contract compensation is due from the new club. The training/ compensation fee is due to be paid within 30days of the transfer. We can expect the wages to be around £120,000 a week.
