a quick question,

Do you think that we will have to pay for this transfer and others through ticket price hikes in future seasons or do you believe that by signing Kaka et al, that it will eventually pay for itself through merchandise, future cup/league wins etc.

I beleive its been thought through by ADUG but for financial gain or at our expense???

I've been a season ticket holder since 95 and wouldn't like to see us go through the same as Chelsea etc, by pricing the loyal honest fan out of the game for the glory hunter which it will attract!

They are very astute business men, but they have wider objectives and they will lower prices and vastly increase the stadium capacity.

what worries me is how hard it will be to get tickets once were winning everything...get your loyalty points up quick, aha

yeah i think their is a few points on offer against wigan

I'm not worried about loyalty points, I'm worried about the loyalty the club will show the loyal fan and not become the monster that we see at several clubs in the prem now, not mentioning any names buts we know who they are.

if you take richard's fiigure from this topic:
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=103587" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/forum/vi ... 1&t=103587</a>

to make the money back on kaka season tickets would have to go up by £3700. ok maybe they could do it as £370 over ten years, but kaka wont be the last big money signing.

the point im getting at is that the amount of money we are dealing with makes gate receipts pale into insignificance. i doubt the owners are bothered about clawing back a few measly million through ticket price rises. if they are smart, and i expect they are, they will purposely keep ticket prices steady in order to not price real fans out of the game.

Its getting in the Jacuzzis at half time thats going to be the problem, people are going to have to miss the last 40 minutes of the first half to get in them as well as getting a pint of cider and a hot dog with onions

until we start winning and are replaced by the glory hunting scum it will entice.

sorry for the doom and gloom but i believe we will pay a price ourselves for these signings.

Not that i wouldnt love to see Kaka, messi, villa at my beloved city, i'm just looking at the bigger picture.
