So there are some changes in regards to the coaching team at youth level. We also had someone mention one of the phsyio leaving and during the season we hired someone from the lawn tennis association as performance director. I also saw a post on here while back claiming that we would be getting rid of a few scouts because of the growth of CFG presumably every time we buy a club we take on their scouts and they are not all of the highest quality and also do not need as many because we can share resources. o and of course we got Peps new assistant.

Does anyone know what else is going on ?

If this thread needs moving to the EDS Academy forum fine but would be good to keep track of whats going on behind the scenes thought we might have seen more on this front to behonest but think we are bit busy and the media do not always get to know these things

Looking at the training videos at the end of the season, there were a couple of new faces but more on the conditioning side.

Kiddo must be due for retirement one day!

He probably retired about 3 years ago, but he's retained on the back room staff as he knows all the referee's best, and knows where the cones need to be placed.

In reality he should be given a queens birthday or new years honour for his efforts in Manchester football over 56 years.

Amazingly he scored 8 less goals for us than he did united, where he played over 100 games more.

Brilliant player for us, good partnership with Joe Royal.

Totally agree about an award from him, played for both clubs, coached at both and universally liked and respected.

Needs to do a bit of media covered charity work and Bob’s yer uncle! Maybe pick up Vinny’s Manchester campaign for a year or so, just to get his feet wet outside football.

Kiddo does not do that sh1t, the most genuine guy you could meet.

I’d give it him today, but the Southern softies who whisper in the ears may need a sweetener. For me, he’s a bigger, better “Sir” than at least one of the three from Trafford.
