Bagpipes - yes or no?

It’s a no from me. Christ help us if a bagpipe album turns up on one of the review threads, I’d rather listen to Metal Machine Music

Not something I’d sit and listen to as music. Then again even as an Englishman living in Scotland, if the sound and sight of the pipes and drums coming down the road leading a parade, or that of a lone piper on the ramparts for Hogmany don’t move you then you have no soul.
