At the end of the day he's recently said that we are a small club but if we sign Kaka it will announce us as a major player in world football and it's a distinct possibility
Even though he is regarded by some as the final word .......... he only a journalist with good contacts doesn't mean he's right all the time

Wishfull thinking perhaps but it seems they are just picking up on the comments Guillem made on his own website, nothing new.
In all honesty City are not the greatest prospect for world stars at the moment. But if someone the calibre of Villa did arrive in January and in the summer, and we get a decent finish in the league this season things could easily change.

It pisses me off how much the media are looking to shit on us at the moment: 'Striker would not choose Eastlands' It says he doesn't want to come to England full stop, so it's not just Eastlands, it's every club in the league. Note that they won't say 'premier league' cos that would suggest it's not 'the greatest league in the world tm.' Subtle little things like this just reflect the patronising, condescending attitude of the entire shower of cunts.
