I really think it's time for John Guidetti to be given a chance in the first team....OVER Mario Balotelli.

The time to sell (at profit) Mario was during Euro 2012. This time has passed.

Give John a chance, he's been loyal to City for a good few years now and kept his head down. show youth that there is an opportunity at this club and give him starting chances.

I think Guidetti definitely deserves a chance in the first team, the correct game and timing etc. is a tough one to call though.

Guidetti (when fit which he almost is now). Let's not fool ourselves, Balotelli has more talent than Guidetti but it really doesn't matter. Balotelli also has more talent than Mario Gomez, Edinson Cavani, and Carlos Tevez too but does fook all with it.

I am dying to see Guidetti get a chance but needs minutes so if we do sell Mario in January, how about we look for a Pizarro-esque 6 month loan signing and send Guidetti somewhere to get game time.

Not sure whether John's the real deal but as soon as he's well it's time to find out. Mario's days as anything like a regular look to be numbered. We can't wait forever for Mario to grow up/fulfil his 'potential'

Guidetti is certainly going to get a chance I would think but right now he is very unproven and it certainly won't be a matter of Balotelli or Guidetti this summer it will be Dzeko or Guidetti.
