Bands you wished you'd seen and bands you did see

Wish i'd seen Janes Addiction in their prime 86-92.

Queens Of The Stonage with Homme, Oliveri, Lanegan, Grohl and Troy Van Leeuwen.

Soundgarden

Me too with regards to Janes addiction, better still back when they were called Porno for Pyros

Would have also loved to av seen Pink Floyd.

The Beatles, even though they were a poor live band. Just the experience of being amongst all that madness.
Alice in Chains
Soundgarden
Small Faces

I'd love to see REM and Pearl Jam one day in a small venue.

I've seen Prince at Maine Road (awful) and at the o2 (magnificent)
Michael Jackson at Leeds in '88 and soon at the o2 (can't wait, hope he shows up)
Stevie Wonder recently was a brilliant night and AC/DC next month should be a cracker!

Yeah after Janes broke up Perry and Stephen formed PFP.

After yet another break up and reunion (with Eric Avery this time) they are touring again this summer, but nothing will capture that rawness they had when they were younger and out of control. I have a few sounboard recording of some of the Lolla show from 92 and they are amazing!

Yeah he's strange alright, not the best singer but a good frontman!

Apparently Trent Reznor has been producing tracks for them recently, not sure what to make of that as whenever Reznor has produced for other artists it hasnt been the best!

Did you see Kraftwerk at the Apollo in 1994 Stuart?

If you did, we went to that too.

They are one of my hubbie's favourites, and I didn't really want to go. It was all very clinical but I had to admit that those men perform some great music.
