This is a different Barca with Laporta. The ousted regime ran the place into the ground by making some awful financial decisions. Our Spanish/Catalan team all have a rich and successful past with this new twat. Maybe it will benefit us this time to have an ally inside the g14 camp?

We are best buddies at the min and will work out to be mutually beneficial. Our owners approach has always been the Barca model.

All that said, probably are still a bunch of self entitled twats anyway. The links to Pep will continue until he eventually leaves.

Gotta suck it up.
Fuck them they don't deserve are respect the spanish twats.Give them nothing .

To be fair they helped us out with that pre season friendly that we got a bit of money from!

Vladimir Weiss was brilliant. But they spent an hour introducing the whole squad. Pre-match started in daylight and it was dark before kick-off. Still, we were the first "away" team to win it in the one-off match format.

So - August - Community Shield, then two weekend league games then a midweek in Spain for this, then a weekend game, then 2 weeks international break....

It was about 1am by the time we got back to town. Still found a few shady gaffs open

People were saying at the time it was the first time they lost it not remembering city had played in it before, but even in the 2 team format we were not the first to win it.

It wasn't a patch on the Manx Trophy!
