Money aside, who do you think have been the best?

Suarez and Luiz have made an impact since January, but not had enough time to qualify.

As much as it pains me, it has to be Hernandez, closely followed by Odemwingie (seem to remember Lineker laughing about him when he scored on his debut...how wrong was he?)

VDV has made a big impact as well

Arry, according to the papers, now saying he may have to sell VDV as his lack of mobility doesnt fit in with the way Spurs play........

-- Sun May 08, 2011 8:57 am --

Perhaps he is now after Delap, Beckham and anyone else who can throw/kick it to Crouch

He does seem to have fitness issues (regularly subbed in the last 20 minutes of games). Er;VDV, not Twitchknapp!!

VDV for the price, (£8m), is a bargain.
Silva for £24m is a bargain.
Chicerito has gone off the boil of late, but it's nailed on he will be in the 20's, goal wise, next season.
I would agree with most of your analysis, and think Hernandez does look a very good player, but the second season maybe more difficult for the lad, as he will be actively tagerted as a threat, where as this year, I think to many might have taken him with a pinch of salt.

Does look a good player, but think life will be a lot harder for mushy pea next year, and will be interested in how he handles the increased intrest from CB's.

He hasn't really had a bad tackle yet, would like to see someone test him today!
