Exeter Blue I am here

There seem to be an awful lot of Blues (myself included), who have booked flights and hotels for Munich already. However, I am advised by someone at the club that match tickets may be in relatively short supply and a ballot may be used to satisfy demand. I checked the UEFA website and it would seem that Bayern (and any other European club come to that) only have to give visiting supporters 5% of the capacity. The Allianz Arena holds 69900, so that's just 3445 tickets for City. Disappointment is therefore likely to ensue for a number of people, and if they use a ballot rather than loyalty points then that disappointment is liable to turn to anger. On the plus side though, the Oktoberfest is on when we're there.......
Here's the UEFA regs:
14.08 All clubs in the UEFA club competitions must make at least 5% of the total capacity of their stadium available exclusively to visiting supporters, in a
segregated, safe area. In addition, visiting clubs are entitled to purchase up
to 200 top-category tickets (unless otherwise agreed between the two clubs
in question) for their VIP supporters, sponsors, etc. (see Articles 16 and 23 of
the UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations and Article 19 of the UEFA
Safety and Security Regulations).
PS - if anyone knows different about how tickets will be allocated, please feel free to put my mind at rest, as I'm currently sweating on being £300 out of pocket
