I will give you that one regarding the four engines on a "technicality", now the mini blitz hands held up there. I never knew this beast made it over here must have a read about that. Good looking aircraft.

It had similar capabilities to the flying fortress and Halifax trouble was the paired engines kept over heating, good photo of it there though.The Germans did have several 4 or more engined bombers but only the 177 was produced in any sort of numbers.

Fuck sake was gonna make a shite innocuous post relating to op but since we are on about ww2 plane engineering, we would be fucked if the krauts had the means to piss out more of their jet fighters faster. Same issue with the tanks, great stuff but technically complex and not easy to mass produce unlike their Russian adversaries.
