Ramekin is ideal as it is then the consumers choice to do as they please with the beans , no ramekin and I’m with Alan , sausage makes the perfect barrier

I don't get people that eat each item seperately

I like to get my toast make stick a slice of bacon on it some beams, black pud and sausage fold.it over then dip it in the egg york followed by bean juice, repeat with the second slice then scoff the rest mixed up

dipping my sausage in the egg obviously

only.item I don't add to the make shift butty is mushrooms which get eaten woth tge rest onthe plate, as for hash brown, they don't belong on a full english
