We're off there for our twelfth time next month. One of these visits was during a frosty November, 2014. Beautiful place.tobermory, isle of mull, in winter.

We went for a long weekend, for the Christmas lights turn on. The weather for us was cold and frosty with a bit of light rain. We've seen loads of rare wildlife during our visits. We've not seen puffins yet though, nor the Northern Lights. One day maybe.really?
that's an incredible co-incidence, we were last there in that very same month.
having just got back from barcelona we headed straight north to liven the senses.
the weather during the drive to oban was awful and we feared the worst
(the worst being having to stay in the pub drinking tobemory malt whisky, haha)
but somehow, for the following 5 days the skies were gorgeous & excellent for exploring.
we saw otters and eagles and deers and the fucking milky way.

We will one day. At the moment we are restricted to school holidays, but plan to go in the spring one year.then you must go over to lunga island, brother.
plenty of puffin, guillemots, kittiwakes, petrels, shearwaters and in winter, barnacle geese.

Good shout that, mate. Many nice places have been mentioned, but my personal favourite is Bradford-on-Avon.
