Bellamy Haters

Ask him if he's a member on Bluemoon and if his name is Moomba.

Actully might not be him, said hes season ticket was going in the bin if we signed him.

Like I've said before, if you want to know what I've done with my ST, just ask me on a PM. If you're seeking a bit of attention, then I guess you should carry on bringing it up every second day.

I think people really need to accept that not everyone will love every player that turns out for City.

Seems sometimes that people want automatons who all think the same way and follow the "City Supporter Rulebook". Life isn't like that, and so long as you are happy with the way you feel about any player I can't see that it's any of your business how anyone else feels about that player.

Not saying you have to like him, but even you must have respect for him to be able to perform to that standard after that rough couple of days.

still a guy near me who refuses to celebrate whenever Bellamy scores and usually resorts to sitting down or shaking his head... He seems to go to pretty much every game home and away, personally it baffles me completely that he's letting his own immature agenda get in the way of his enjoyment of our clubs success.

I can think of one or two vehement anti-Bellers posters on this board who'd fit that bloke's description to a "T"! I seem to recall one of them even said he'd tear up his season ticket if we signed him; from your post, it would appear he didn't do so!

;0)

I'm so pleased we got him; but then, I've always rated him and said so in January. His "niceness" or not really didn't matter; too many "nice" players has been our problem for a long time, anyway.

I think he talks sense too, and the fact he's willing (allegedly) to get into your face, no matter your reputation, and sound you out if you're not giving 100% is fantastic.

In his interviews he comes across as quite an articulate, intelligent guy, on the pitch he's scoring, linking up and working hard to create space for others... He's seems to be misunderstood and his passion and commitment has gained hi ma reputation as a bit of a wanker; but good on him for having the courage of his convictions and not changing due to fan/media pressure, its served him well so far in his career.

Bellamy MOM last night and has been a great signing.
He could save Lesleys job.

ive been an innocent bystander on this forum for a short while, and although some posts have been slightly hostile of craigy boy, i am delighted his good form has got some of the "haters" on his side, my opinion is he has earned it and you guys give the opinion of what you see quite fairly, which is good to see.this fellah started playing footy at a very early age,, and left home to persue his dream at 15, had his first child at 16 and from that day on had to stand on his own 2 feet, hundreds of miles away from his family. now thats something i would find hard, and i am 16 years older than him. but fair enough to him, he banged on the door asking for pay rises and all in order to get more cash to provide for his kid and girlfriend (while a yts), and earned off his own back the right to play in the first team.. the rest so they say is history (its a long time since the days when i was his stand in keeper and he used to ping free kicks over my head at the back of his mam & dads house) end of the day he is no different to his dad, mam, brothers ..aunts , uncles(which i am proud to be one of), nans & gramps..we all work hard, and so does he! just realy proud he is getting the recognition & i know he will continue to give his all because its the way hes been brought up. others on here say hes a stop gap, well great he may be coming up to 30, but i tell you now he will not sit & watch his place go down the pan without a fight. hes got loads to offer in the tank yet

Anyone doubting Craig Bellamy the person should take a look at this:

None of us are perfect but what i do see is a man that has passion both on and off the field. He demands 100% from e veryone around him and for that you have to applaud him. Too many footballers take the piss and you can tell from the few games he's played he won't tolerate slackers no matter what they cost.

Just for the record, I've always rated Craig Bellamy. He's been a brilliant signing for us so far.

I think he is a better player than I thought, before he arrived, and it doesn't help he is in the form of his life! However, my major issue was always his injury record(something that takes years to prove false)and the off field shit that despite what people might ignore(or deny)happened. All that being said he has been player of the month for Feb, in my view.

As some of you know , I'm not a City fan , but I've always been a big admirer of Bellamy and would have loved him to have had a go at Everton .
Bellamy loves Mark Hughes , and whilst under him , he will be the best signing Hughes could have made . He will score just as many as Kaka would have done as long as the thrill for playing for Hughes doesn't wear off .
Having said that though , if Hughes gets sacked , it will have a huge impact on Bellamy , and his temperment and commitment will surely change .
Congrats on the cup win , and hope you go on and nick it .
