Tevez will get player of the season and probably rightly so but Bellers will be just behind him, he's got my vote anyway.

Changed the game again today when he came on and was brilliant. Playing all accross the top which was unusual from him but he was doing it quite well. Picking out passes, chasing balls and just being Bellamy really.

Him and Tev are legends, love 'em!

He gave the necessary bite in midfield DJ was non existent and Viera was just bad. First half we gave them far far too much space in midfield

Changed the game in a positive way, though I wasnt too impressed with his mini strop when Tevez scored his 3rd instead of passing to him. Apart from that, he's a ledge, :P

Part of the difference second half. Gave our play a lot more purpose. Helped our play a lot the way in which he was direct. Looked a better team with 2 wingers who looked like taking people on either side. Crowds gets lifted when the balls near him which helps.

I don't think he changed the game at all. Maybe his presence did but his performance didn't.

And another thing if i was on his team we would have had a couple of Dyer/Bowyer moments.

I love him and hate him at the same time. I think he's a prick but he's our prick.

I would not want nor expect Bellars to behave in any other way

Definately changed the game.. ran at the opposition and managed to pass to a player in a blue shirt.
happy times!

Couldn't agree more.. amazes me how anyone would question him.

Don't suppose anyone on ere was in the corner of North stand/ bell stand, when Bellers was havin some banter with the fans whilst waitin to take a corner? he was laughin and doin a "talkin" gestur with his hand, love to know what was said..?

Ha! totally agree with you mate.

Lets be honest, we made hard work of it tonight and weren't great until the 72nd min when we got the first, so how Bellers changed the game I don't know.

Thought he was quite poor don't think he likes starting from the bench looks like he struggles to get into games when he comes off the bench but thankfully he should start against Burnley.

Thank god he came on to replace the awful Wright Phillips. Bellers might be a nutter but he's a fantastic footballer.

you get the feeling you could play bellers centre half and he'd still be good. proper footballer talented and hard working, it's noticible that certain players seem to be on the same wavelength and others not though. bellamy, tevez and johnson seem to know what to do with the ball and what runs to make. thought vieira was so poor tonight almost like playing with 10 men. in his time he was a fantastic player but now he's basically a pass blocker, he fills a position where you cant pass but if you attempt to run at him he's far too slow to catch you. kompany is class and i feel toure would be better suited at right back because he's fast decent on the ball and committed.

Team injuries permitting imo should be:

---------given
toure-kompany-ned-garrido
bellamy-de-jong- barry-johnson
-----tevez adebayor

there! good to get that off my chest at 4.45 in the morning when i can't sleep. i need a life!

Yes I sit front row of 132 basically V Everton Barry hit a pig poor free kick over Bellers couldn't get near it as the ball went dead a guy sat in the front row of 134 was hurling insults in Barrys directon Bellers screamed at him to shut up so while waiting for the wigan players treatment last night he clocked the guy again and sounded like they made up!

Lets hope they have nothing down the left then as bellamy goes forward basically weve got toure and kompany the pair of whippets to chase it down.

Come on you must be able to better than that.

I saw that..funny as anything..love to know what he said to him.

Did anyone hear the bile on ESPN last night about how Bellers was alleged to have said to Gollum to punch RM when they both got sent off last week? Surely it's time for some of the press to feel the might of the money and power our owners have in terms of suing them for the cr@p they come up with.

I also think that Kompany has been a revelation under RM at centre half. We all realised very quickly when MH brought kompnay in that he was a vey decent player but he continues to look absolutely class at centre half

think he panicked when he got into the opposition box just after half time....he didnt know what to do!

WRONG - Watch it again.
DJ had a lot to do last night - he's bloody good but he's not the bionic man.
Vierra impressed me last night - thought it was a backward signing - but his awareness and ability to give it first time was impressive - ok he had adisasterous 5 mins in the second when he became Gary Megson, but apart from that - looked good.

Well said, though he was anonymous, although not nearly as much as Vieira, SWP, De Jong - effectively played with seven outfield players last night.

Imagine when we get ten!
