Yes it would be nice,but nothing is ever guaranteed,its still a huge gamble at their age.

This kid is allegedly the best English striker of his generation,we are going to offer him every opportunity to take that into the Premier league,its upto him how he progresses from here.

Depends on your definition of "makes it with us" but would Diaz not count as he's part of the 1st team squad?
 
A skillful lad at Ipswich will stand out, when he has played with player as good as him and better we will see if he has it in him to get even better not be intimidated and go in his shell.

He has been Player of the Tournament for England at International level and scored against the likes of Brazil and Spain - so to be fair, he's already doing that at his age group regardless of whether he's at Ipswich or not.

I think it'll be the development between kid's and men's football that will define him as a talent.
