benign vertigo

Vertigo I wouldn't even wish on anyone, well maybe them Karen type people.

The dizziness and wanting to throw up all the time is terrible. Reminds me of coming home drunk looking at the ceiling.

I have had it for many years BPPV, I use a dizzyfix google it or YouTube.
if you can get the doctor to do the epilay manoeuvre it will go.
unfortunately not something that leaves you or can be fixed with an op.
normally brought on by a bang on the head or old age.
PM me if you need help it’s not nice but you can live with it once you get a handle on it.

I had an ear infection a couple of years ago which initially caused BPPV, the sickness, dizziness is shit and was unable stand up or walk for a good few weeks without looking like a pisscan,

Ended up seeing various ENT specialists, MRI scans, even went to see a Neurologist, was tested for Vestibular Neuritis, Meniere's disease etc, lost a shit load of hearing and have Tinnitus (was given hearing aids for it ) as a result,.

They've never really gotten to the bottom of mine but probably about 90% ok now, seems the body does a good job of re-calibrating your balance system over time, still have the odd wobble if I don't concentrate, can cycle, train and run again now as long as it's straight(ish) and flat, sudden up/down or side to side movements can be a bit awkward, can drive again now though, be aware that the DVLA are supposed to be informed of the condition though if you do drive.

You are supposed to give up your driving licence until you confirm your symptoms are under control.
