The bloke was utterly useless.
His hair-do in a home European game was one of the stupidest things I have ever witnessed on a football pitch, and his performance away at Wolves was diabolical.

over three seasons he played 75 times for us and he cost £52m in transfer fee and somewhere around £30m in salary, so let’s say about £1m per game ! He may not be the worst signing ever but he’s certainly high on the list.
