Always been happy to hand out bereavement leave in these circumstances, it can be every bit as upsetting as losing a human family member. What's the point of forcing someone to work when they're obviously not in the right state of mind?

I’ve been much more upset losing a dog than I have been when I lost each and every grandparent.

I suggest you use Duracell bunny batteries mate to keep it rampant. You don't want it dying on you by using cheap batteries; )
