It will be decided to ensure that no matter what sentence is issued, he will miss the Dippers gameSo he had until today to respond to the charge I think. Does anybody know when the punishment will be decided?

Whatever happens - and I fear the worst for Bernie - I’m sure the punishment for his heinous act was decided many days ago and will ensure maximum embarrassment and humiliation for him and our Club. Sack-cloth and ashes anyone?

the FA can not punish him for being a none racist because he has done nothing like that, they can only remind him of future conduct on tweeter or Instagram, any fine or ban means they are calling him racist and silva will have them in court

Yeah, even if it’s just a 1 game ban it will be stipulated that it only comes into effect on 10th November.It will be decided to ensure that no matter what sentence is issued, he will miss the Dippers game

Balotelli's fine and ban came 3 days following his deadline to respond to charge. That's the only precedent I can think of.
