If it's a picture right click on it and copy the 'alternate text'. Then when you want to post it click 'Img' and paste the text into the box.
 
Your posting from a hotmail account. The session needs to be authorised before you are able to view it hence the reason its not working. Upload it to Photobucket or email accross to me and ill upload it.
 
what are you two trying to do ? If the pic has been mailed to you (as seems to be the case as your links just head off to windows mail login) then upload it to Photobucket or the likes and then use the Url from that. You will need to save the pic to your machine first as its probably embedded in the mail that has been sent to you rather than refferred from elsewhere.
