Win at home including Sterling getting off the mark, beat 103 year record, landed De Bruyne and broke club record, Chelsea lose, Liverpool lose, United lose. United also steal the Cock Up Cup by spending potentially 58m on some no mark then fail to get the De Gea tranfer through leaving them with more keepers than strikers and the Van Gaal grenade winds down some more.

I genuinely cannot think of a more enjoyable time to be a City fan. How lucky we are right now to watch all this happening

I was on a rowing boat in Grasmere on Sunday - struggling to get a signal for the match thread for the Rags v Swansea. I set off just as Mata scored. About half way round I tried again and the 2-1 came up and there I was cheering like a nutcase in the middle of a lake.

They are a complete shambles and we are averaging 53k plus crowds and playing the best football in the league right now and signing the best players in Europe.
It is the best time ever to be a City fan - we are going to completely overtake them in every way I think.

Easter 1995. Staring relegation in the face we beat Liverpool at home on Good Friday then went to eventual Champions Blackburn on Easter Monday and won in torrential rain.

It's actually difficult to be believe what you have written is all true ... BUT IT IS!

I do think this as been a landmark weekend, similar in a sense to the one seven years ago but different in the fact that as fast as we're rising the rags are falling just as fast.

In another seven years I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we've averaging 60k+ and they've been relegated.

Remember all those years ago when they signed Robson and we signed Steve Daley?

This weekend seems a bit like that, only the other way round...
