In view of the conversations going on in the "Worst decisions" thread and my word as Blues we have been spoilt for choice - what does the Forum think are the best decisions we have made as a Club?

In recent times but pre Mansour then the best thing we ever did was move to coms. Without that move we wouldn't have been bought by Mansour and fuck knows what division we'd have been in now.

Not sure if it counts as an MCFC decision but accepting the offer from Sheikh Mansour to buy the club has to be up there.

Hiring Joe Royle in 1998 was a pretty good move too.
