We won promotion with that Morley goal and my god look at the fencing with spikes on stopping us running on the pitch, it’s easy to forget what it was like back then.

Funnily enough I've shown the goal to a few people who had little or no football knowledge and some that aren't City fans that do, they all say something like 'did it win goal of the season' or similar....then fall about laughing when I explain it was a home goal along with Margetson gifting the other goalin the game against us in a game we had to win.

Probably the most typical City we've ever been and that includes the Liverpool 2-2.
