If any of you are ever fortunate enough to be in Glasgow, get a taxi to the Anarkali on Victoria rd in the south side. It’s the best Indian restaurant in Glasgow and we have plenty of great ones.

I’ve been to Asha’s a couple times. I’m not a curry enthusiast but I thought it was great. Can recommend Sindhoor as well. One in Prestwich and one in Didsbury.

Agree about Asha’s, not your typical curry house but very good.

I remember the Suicide Curry being advertised on the window, never went in, looked a shit hole from the outside but it had legendary status. I used to go in the Tai Pan Chinese not far away, thought it was the dogs bollocks as plenty of Asians ate in there. Turns out dogs bollocks were probably what we were eating. They got turned over by the Health and Safety and received a record fine at the time, not been in since.
