Best Live Performance In Your Opinion?

Saw Red Hot Chili Peppers last night at Old Trafford cricket ground. Absolutely amazing stuff, plus they started with a cracking version of Shadowplay by Joy Division. Happy days indeed!

Great list, but wasn’t the Rush gig 2112? ;)

Saw GP and The Rumour supported by South Side Johnny and the Asbury Jukes
around the same time at the Palace, great gig
but nothing compares to the first time I saw Bruce live
at the Apollo in 1981.Although I’ve seen him over 20 times now and ther’re all great shows.
Best live album I’ve heard in years is ‘Live Drugs’ The War on Drugs
Seen a few good bands but hard to top Bruce.

Black Uhuru, Glastonbury 1982. Blew me away, never really got reggae before.
Eagles, Stafford Bingley Hall 1977. Joe Walsh well on form. Brilliant.

Finally!
I thought I was going la-la.
Four pages in and finally somebody mentions the guy who is probably the best live act on the road at the moment.

Tell you who are geat live too: The Proclaimers and Sea Sick Steve.
Saw Bruce at Bramhall Lane, which was great, but Bruce at Roundhay Park in 85 is my favourite
