best place celebrate in town after beating dippers on 23 aug

Over for the match on 23 august as im usually only over at weekends can anyone help with suggestions for suitable locations for celebrating our victory? Isnt Monday a student night ? if so where do you suggest?

Students will be at home as it's the summer hols. Will be a quiet night in town me thinks. You might even be better staying in a pub which does B&B in the suburbs.
