Didn’t we sign Riera (the Spanish winger with zero pace that went onto play for Liverpool) and Beasley on loan?

He was a tenacious winger with a never say die attitude and could play a bit ,a short lived career at our club but he made a massive contribution to our '68 title team and '69 FA Cup win.

Signed he fully after about 15 games or else we would not have had him for the end of the season with the 96 day emergency loan limit. Royle thanked Fergusson for assisting the deal to go through.

He cost a fortune just to get him on loan, was injured for the vast majority of the loan and wasn't great bar 1 game.

He wasn't Rosler demanding we sign him.
 
As an academy player didn't we get SWP as a reject from Forest because he was too small.
