- best way to watch a torrent stream? EXPERT help requested!

[MCFCinUSA]

in previous years (because I'm mostly in exile, even though I move about) I've used Sopcast & Veetle, falling back on to common or garden Flash when these sources have diminished, but I'm increasingly finding stuff that's being offered in torrent streams when I'm looking for my sausages on a weekend or the odd midweek game.

can anyone recommend the best way for me to use these links - and explain it to me like I'm a six year-old?

(I'm not wanting to download something crappy that'll try to takeover my computer, or that will monopolise meagre system resources and/or install additional toolbars I do not want)

If using Chrome install the Adblock extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom and bookmark Shady's list http://shadygiz.blogspot.co.uk/.
Just find a suitable link on his webpage that suits your particular location re. lag and enjoy.
Never ever click any link within the individual streams, you DO NOT NEED any other software that the page may/will claim that you can't live without.
You seem to have found out about the toolbars that will get installed and some of those buggers are really difficult to remove. Some of course will do serious damage to your bank account if you ever use your financial details online.

Plus1hd for reliable high quality streams, though there is a charge. Otherwise see previous post

It'll open up another tab which hopefully will play the video stream, don't forget Adblocker mind. And let the ads through on Bluemoon...

Install Acestream, it is by far the best way to stream. HD quality streams and doesnt lag disconnect in between. OK, I hold my hands up. I used SopCast for the Bayern & Everton matches and except for the fact that they cut off the feed 10 minutes from the end for the Bayern match and half way through the Everton one(although I found a good Russain feed for the 2nd half) the quality is perfect.
I tried AceStream but struggle to find an active feed for it.

Yeah, I've got wiziwig bookmarked already cheers. I just find most acestreams to be closed or when I do find one still active it gets to pre-buffering and just hangs there. I'll google it maybe but sopcast works fine for now anyway.
