If i lay 3-3 correct score in leeds v norwich game tonight and win the bet and put £10 stake on, how much do i win and how much do i pay?

You can only lay that bet if you have £400 in your account, unless you offer reduced odds that are taken later.

If the score ends up anything other than 3-3, you win £10.

If you lay 3-3 that means you are betting the result will NOT be 3-3 (the pink column on betfair). The current price is 74-1 so if you want to lay the backer £10 if the result was 3-3 it would cost you £750.
If you back 3-3 at 69/1 and stake £10 you will win £690 less betfair commission of 5% so your return would be $665.50 including your stake (the blue column on betfair).
Unless you're wadded don't lay these kind of bets.

So I'd win 750 pounds or have to deposit that and if so then how much do i get back?

Why would a bookie offer good odds on a match to not finish 3-3? They'd have to be the most generous bookie on the planet. If a load of money goes on a team to win, the odds to win would reduce, then in turn you'd get more money if you put a lay bet on for that team to not win? I think that's the theory behind it but i'm no expert.

If you lay it you would need £750 in your account trying to win £10 (actually only £9.50 after commission). If you don't know what you're doing steer well clear.
Everything is probably explained a lot better here <a class="postlink" href="http://help.betfair.com/index.en.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://help.betfair.com/index.en.html</a>
