Better Call Saul

I'm enjoying it, it's a spin of from BB but if you judge anything by BB standards it's going to be shit in comparison.
Also BB was a bit of a slow burner I don't think anyone was addicted to it after watching the first 3 episodes.
Was going to post the same thing. I saw the very first few episodes of Breaking Bad again a few weeks ago as my mate has just started watching it and it was on his place. I forgot how slow it is to start off with. Im finding Better Call Saul pretty good, its setting up the rest of the series nicely with some plotlines and it about the right pace for that. No complaints from me Im enjoying it.

I thought breaking bad was brilliant from the off IIRC. The way walter and jessie were polar opposites and getting on each others tits was brilliant. It was the 2nd series (I think) which was shit.

Cringe is the word as Hamann Pineapple put it. How anyone could defend that Tuco scene is beyond me and that's not comparing it to breaking bad that's comparing it to the syfy channel level of programme. If you can look anyone in the eye whilst watching that and try to tell them that it isn't obscenely bad then you've got some fucking nerve

Impossible

Ive watched them all so far and while I expected it to be more of a machine gun quick fire gags its obviously been thought out far better than what I envisioned it to be with having multiple story lines to follow.
He still makes me piss my sides completely some of the things he says.

Whats this Tuco scene people are complaining about??

I have only just started watching Breaking Bad in the last few weeks (nearly finished season 2) and I don't think the early episodes were slow at all. It is the thing that has impressed me most about it tbh. Usually I find things difficult to get into (The Wire is my favourite ever programme but fuck me the first 5 or 6 episodes were hard work) but I just thought Breaking Bad was excellent and hooked me within about 5 mins of the very first episode.

Everything with Tuco in pretty much, but particularly in the desert with the kids who he was gonna kill
