Please be aware that there is somebody called Kimberley Hayes on social media who is taking payment for tickets and not sending them. She has ripped off friends of mine. Thanks fully I have been able to get them other tickets with the help of posters.

This happens multiple times every game at the Supporter Services portakabin SE of the stadium, people turn up with issues with tickets and if not bought from City or a "Partner" they get told they can't help and are not allowed in the queue.

I'm almost sure there was an instance on here a few weeks ago where a mix up with digital ticketing led to another long time poster being called out, for many to jump to his defence.

I do, perhaps naively, like to think long time members haven't ripped people off.

I remember that instance and it was very difference circumstances. The middle man was being blamed for helping to pass on a ticket in good faith.

I think Gone for a Burton can’t work the new ticketing system although I’ve tried to advise / give instructions. A game was paid for that’s taken place and no ticket was transferred.

There’s a second ticket that hasn’t been paid for that hasn’t been transferred. Whatever the intention, there’s only one person out of pocket / not in receipt of tickets so it’s only fair to warn Blemooners against buying from someone whose trying to sell tickets for other games without sorting out what’s already gone wrong
