Just to be clear we as a nation are heading to possibly 50k deaths overall from Covid-19 - there have been charitable fundraisers that have tonight raised 27m to support things like food banks and children's services and the like to help in a time of unprecedented national crisis. Just to keep things in prospective. Wasn’t Garry Barlow shamed for tax dodging. Havn’t we all contributed regardless of whether you agree or not if the Government double the money raised. On public record Peter Kays Ltd Company Goodnight Vienna, shows he has £23m in his Company Bank, almost as high as what was raised last night .By leaving it in his company rather than taking it out of it he avoids higher rates of income tax. Tax dodging ?. Finally although not on the show last night didn’t we all end up paying when John Bishop received £6.8m in compen for a House he paid £2.5m for 4 years earlier that isn’t even going to be demolished in the HS2 scheme. I could go on about Bono and Sir Bob but I rest my case. They all want their faces on TV, remember what Live Aid did for resurrecting Freddie Mercury and Queens fortunes. Can’t wait to see the bill for Paddy McGuinness when the BBC release the wages figures next year as he is never off the tele at the moment. I bet most of his work is done through another company so the figures will never be known.
