Now that the plans are out in the open, would it be ok for Garry Cook to say these words again?

"City will be the biggest and best club in the world"

I just think it would be interesting to see if anyone who didn't like what he said have maybe changed their views after todays announcement. Something that Garry has known for an awful long time.
