Black barrister mistaken for defendant three times

More unconscious bias than a systemic problem. What happened there is a set of individuals in a particular setting with unconscious bias

Systemic isn't an individual case (as in this instance), it's a statistic across the whole of society.

Last time I looked at the criminal justice system stats, pretty much all races have worse outcomes than others in certain aspects of the CJS apart from Chinese.

Ironically - in the wake of BLM, white people are more likely to die in police custody as a proportion of those arrested. Likewise, they're more likely to be convicted by a jury. Black people are more likely to be arrested and subject to stop and search. Asian (non-Chinese) people are more likely to face the strongest sentences.

I think that's a sign of a free society that's got a good grip on racism, not the sign of a justice system that is racist against everyone but the Chinese.

The handy thing about vandalising statues is it let's us as a society off - we can point at the vacant plinths and people taking a knee and say we are doing something.

You mean like assuming black cab drivers where racially abusing the London Mayor when they most definitely wasn't?

Others have told you why this isn't evidence of systemic racism, not that you will listen or understand.

He needs some serious help
