Black barrister mistaken for defendant three times

You would think the wig and gown would have been a clue:-)

Its magistrates court no wig an gown worn. I've been to a huge amount of magistrates court, they are like a legal A&E department the types who turn up are usually the mad, bad and sad of society.

I would love to know what magistrates court it is, my experience with them has ranged from good people who are trying their best to "busy" bollocks who volunteer for the power and the downright fucking nosiness.

I'm not sure why this went in the politics forum. OP choice I assume, but is racism just a "political" issue?

Just watched a video where a black man was stopped in Beverley Hills for alleged jay walking - he said he was just checking google maps to find the place where he had parked his car - next thing there are several cops there he is being searched and they are checking out whats in his Versace carrier bag presumably desperate to find stolen goods. Unfortunately for them he is VP of footwear for the Versace chain and his manager - Donatella - has shared it amongst her 5.4m Insta followers. Not a good look for the B.H.P.D. Which is odd for a P.D. who once employed Eddie Murphy
