You have to get them in person according to the official site:

Tickets will be available from the Box Office ONLY at the City of Manchester Stadium up until 2pm on the day of the game

no. The club arnt posting because of christmas and that, so the only way is to go to the COMS or if u know any1 who is going tomorrow ask them to get u them.(ps - they will need card numbers).
