When they cheered because they thought they had a goal and we all took the pi** out of them as per usual but then when they next had a shot they all went mad as if they'd scored, I thought that was pretty funny! I always like fans who can take the mick out of themselves, reminds me of us!

So it's a competition of who has the most fans now and not who has the better team? Arrogant post. Those "mickey mouse" blackburns, wigans, boltons and pompeys have earned their right to be where they are.

yep, cant stand going to grounds where there are thousands of thousands of empty seats. that's one of the things that made the pearce era particularly grim for me. We took 7000 to blackburn, they took around 800 to ours. They have had huge amounts of success over the last 30 years (compared to us).

Thats only because someone shouted 'Its just been made legal to marry your sister or cousin' it was just a coincidence they had a pop at goal

Have to agree - I would love it if Bolton, Blackburn, Fulham, Wigan and Pompey all got relegated over the next 2-3 years and were replaced by Newcastle, Leeds, Forest, Derby and Wednesday all replaced them. We would have 3,000 away fans every home game to add to the atmoshpere.

I agree that those 5 clubs currently deserve to be in the Prem based on results but their fans detract from games and atmosheres.
