we have HTC with push mail. If you want to work 24/7 it's great. If you don't stay away!!!!! VERY VERY addictive. Thats why so many companies issue them. You are never away.

We have the HTC TYTNII, good phone, lots of features. A Little large, but as was mentioned before, if you want to be on call 24/7 then get something like this or the blackberry. You'll always be able to get your email.
