My laptop's been running fine since I got it fixed last month, but this morning I turned it on and the screen is blank. I've left it for an hour and it stayed the same. I've switched the power off and back on several times and the same thing happens. It powers up but I can't see anything. Do I need a new screen?

You need to attach it to a monitor to be sure. If it works OK through a monitor then it's just the screen and you can replace those quite easily. Might even just be a loose connection.

This, but in my experience blank screen on a machine that hasn't suffered any shock damage generally graphics card/driver issue. Like PB said whack an external monitor on it will narrow the options down
