A mate, not a bluemooner, is in Paris on cup final day and is worried he will not get to see the game on TV.
Does anyone know of any bars or hotels in Paris that are likely to show the game. Not fussed about English commentary.
He is not in the cup scheme, so no spare ticket available.
His wife booked a surprise weekend away for their anniversary.

(Assuming it's still there) Frog & Rosbif at the bottom of the Rue St Denis is bound to have it on. Pricey beer mind......

Are there any pubs/bars in Paris showing premiership football?

O'Briens irish bar , 77 rue St Dominique in the 7th.

If the 34 Parisian venues on the above link are showing the City v West Ham game , as they claim they are .... then it's a fair bet that they'll be showing the cup final too.

Thanks guys, you have been a great help and probably saved a marriage as my mate was seriously considering not going.

I used to work in Paris and watched many a game in The Bowler on Rue d'Artois - gmap link below:

<a class="postlink" href="https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=bowler+rue+d'artois&hl=en&ll=48.874581,2.307386&spn=0.004347,0.017531&fb=1&gl=uk&hq=bowler+rue+d'artois&cid=0,0,13879622523639752135&t=h&z=16&iwloc=A" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=bowler ... 16&iwloc=A</a>

Beer at the weekend used to be cheaper too (4 euros a pint back in 2011 - this is cheap for Paris believe me).

The used to have a website but this doesn't seem to work any more. However they do have a Facebook page:

<a class="postlink" href="https://www.facebook.com/thebowler.paris" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://www.facebook.com/thebowler.paris</a>

Nearest Metro stop is Saint-Philippe-du-Roule, which is about five minutes walk away.

Hope this helps.

Message from a mate who's a big blue that now lives in Paris

I watched the semi in the pub below - owner is a mate of mine from Burnley -
he's a good lad but he follows the rags - always sorts me out on beer! Decent
pint of Guinness.
