Blue moon problem on my laptop

I think I saw someone else say a while back about when on blue moon it keeps throwing me out and putting a Maccafee anti virus page on. Doing it all the time today. I have Norton. Dosnt do it on my iPhone. Anyone any ideas

I don’t have McAfee either and it has happened to me. Last few days though I’ve lost the connection with some message saying something has blocked my connection.

Whatever it is that's causing problems is a redirect caused by an advert surely?

It is constant Norton warnings now, tried to post before but keeps redirecting me etc first.

On the laptop/PC when the issue appears , press the "prt sc" button (you might have to press shift at the same time) - does a screenshot into 'memory'. You can then get rid of the mcafee/norton issue.
You then need to paste that 'memory' picture into something like Paint - Open Paint, and then press Ctrl-V (paste). Then you can edit the picture in paint to remove anything personal, and then save the picture to a file.
You can then attach the file on BM, via the 'Attach files' button/icon. and tag Ric
